Ask us anythingAll of our villas are in and around Matakana Village, about 45 minutes north of Auckland. You are within a short drive of the farmers market, local wineries, and beaches like Omaha and Tawharanui.
It varies by villa. Our largest, the Pinnacle, sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms, while our smaller villas are ideal for couples. Each listing shows exact guest numbers, bedrooms, and bathrooms so you can choose the right fit.
Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 10am. If you need a little flexibility, get in touch before your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you around other bookings.
A two night minimum applies on weekends. Midweek stays can often be booked for a single night depending on availability. The booking calendar will show you the options for your chosen dates.
You will receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 100 days before arrival, and a 50 percent refund up to 30 days before. We always recommend travel insurance for peace of mind on any trip.
