Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Redemption

This gift card can be used towards stays at any of the five villas at Matakana Luxury, subject to availability. To redeem, guests must enter the gift card code as a coupon during the online booking process on our website, www.matakanaluxury.co.nz, or provide the code when booking directly.

Validity

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expiry dates cannot be extended.

Booking Requirements

Reservations must be made in advance through the website www.matakanaluxury.co.nz and are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Matakana Luxury.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

The gift card is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Partial Use

If the booking cost exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid by the guest. If the booking cost is lower than the total value of the gift card, it is the guest’s responsibility to notify Matakana Luxury to request a refund for the remaining balance. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Gift Card Use

The gift card can only be used once. If not redeemed in full, it is the guest’s responsibility to notify Matakana Luxury to request a refund for the remaining balance. Any unused portion after 12 months will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Modifications

Standard cancellation and modification policies apply. The gift card value may not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Matakana Luxury is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of the gift card.

Exclusions

The gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless specified.

Legal Compliance

Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms. Matakana Luxury reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
